To personalise your portrait, I need you to send me the original photo file of your pet (JPEG/PNG, not a screenshot if possible).

How it works

1. Place your order on this page.

2. At checkout, in the Order notes box, please include:

   • Your pet’s name

3. After checkout, please email your pet’s original photo file and your order number to: hello@chalkitdowngifts.com .

4. I will create your custom vintage-style pet portrait and email the finished high‑resolution digital file to you within 48 hours.

What you will receive

• 2 separate sizes of personalised vintage-style pet portrait as digital files A5 & A4 (suitable for printing).

• You can print it at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service.

The colours displayed on your screen may vary slightly from the final printed version. Differences can occur depending on your device model and printer type.
