To personalise your portrait, I need you to send me the original photo file of your pet (JPEG/PNG, not a screenshot if possible).

2. At checkout, in the Order notes box, please include:

• Your pet’s name if wanted

3. After checkout, please email your pet’s original photo file and your order number to: hello@chalkitdowngifts.com .

4. I will create your custom vintage-style pet portrait and prints will be delivered as per schedules below.
